All our products excluding coffee consumable's have a complementary one year standard warranty. Warranty dose not cover the following misuse, neglect or accidental damage, any claims of such circumstance's will be void.

All products have a free 30 day return policy, any products that have been misused, neglected or accidentally damaged are not eligible for this policy. any coffee consumable's that have been opened unfortunately will also not be eligible for our 30 day return policy due to food and hygiene standards.
